12/14/11: Those close to me know that my favorite grocery store, without question, is Trader Joe’s. From the gyoza to the frozen garlic naan to the yellow curry sauce to the sweet potato chips…I love everything about this place. So, of course my day was made today when I went shopping for some goodies for a study break our office is hosting for students and I was greeted by the store manager who gave me a “gift bag”! This, of course, was initiated only after I asked if there were any more Candy Cane Joe Joe’s in stock (to which the sad response was no, out for the season). After seeing the sad look on my face, she made my day by giving me the gift blog containing some seasonal goods…including the last box of Candy Cane Joe Joe’s in the store and so many more goodies! How could I not go to bed wicked happy tonight? Oh, I can’t. Because while FaceTiming with Ben I realized I got the worst haircut and fade ever tonight. Womp.
