11/24/11: Happy Thanksgiving! I have a lot to be thankful for this year, but am especially thankful that everyone survived after eating all of my side dishes today! I’m also thankful for my little easy bake oven in my apartment for pulling through and making all of my cooking possible. And, I guess I should be thankful for all the time with the family today…including rib eating contests and road races. Happy Doansgiving!
